These seeds produce a variety of spinach with very large, broad leaves and a flavourful taste. Spinach is a highly nutritious and popular salad green, and luckily it’s rather easy to grow, which makes it a good choice for beginner and experienced gardeners alike.
Sow 1/2″ deep, 6″ apart in rows 12″-18″ apart in well worked soil. Due to its cold hardiness, this spinach can be planted as soon as the soil is workable in the spring and late summer/early fall for a fall/winter harvest. Full to partial sun. Well drained, fertilized soil is best. Water regularly.
