Description
These seeds produce a variety of chicory with light green leaves, speckled with red, that grow in lettuce-like loose heads. Chicory is packed with nutrients, and always makes a great compliment (or replacement) to lettuce in salads.
Can be sown in April or once the soil can be worked through to August for a fall harvest. Sow 1/4″ deep, 4″ apart in rows 8″ apart. Well drained, composted soil is best.
