Description
These seeds produce a variety of chicory with light red leaves, ribbed with white, that grow in a cabbage-like head. Chicory is packed with nutrients, and always makes a great compliment (or replacement) to lettuce in salads.
After the last frost, typically May. Can be sown again mid summer for a fall harvest. Sow 8-12″ apart in full sun in the spring and in partial sun in the fall. Seeds should be sown 1/4″ deep.
