Description

These seeds produce a variety of lettuce with thin, long leaves that come together to form an oblong head. An annual favourite, lettuce is easy to grow, which makes it perfect for both beginner and advanced gardeners.

Can be started indoors for transplant or directly sown outdoors once the soil can be worked (romaine is a bit more cold hardy). Sow just beneath the soil surface and lightly cover, spaced about 10-12″ apart in rows about 18″ apart or more. Full sun to partial shade. Water regularly. Nitrogen rich fertilizer recommended for ideal growth. Ideal for succession planting for continuous yield.
