These seeds produce a variety of mustard with red-tinted, highly flavourful and tangy greens. Mustard greens are excellent additions to salad, with their strong flavours adding their perfect punch to any dish.
A fan of the cooler temperatures, plant in early spring or late summer for a fall harvest. Full sun is best. Sow just beneath the soil surface, about 8 inches apart in rows about 2′ apart.
