Description
These seeds produce a variety of spinach with fleshy, thick leaves and a juicy crisp taste. The flavour is reminiscent of citrus and pepper. Spinach is a highly nutritious and popular salad green, and luckily it’s rather easy to grow, which makes it a good choice for beginner and experienced gardeners alike.
Sow 1/2″ deep in loose, well-drained soil about 12″ apart, rows 12″ apart. Full sun. The soil must be warm, so plant a few weeks after the last frost or start indoors for transplant a few weeks pre final frost. This is a vine plant, so a trellis or support system is required.
