Description
These seeds produce a variety of endive with loose, large green leaves that grow in a lettuce-like head. Endives are a flavourful and crunchy, nutrient-rich addition to any salad or dish- even used in conjunction or as a replacement for lettuce.
Ideal for direct sowing in late May and again in July for a fall harvest. Sow 1″ deep, 8″ apart in rows about 10″ apart. Soil should be moist and it is especially important to keep it that way – this plant thrives on moisture. Full sun is best.
