Description
These seeds produce a variety of rapini which grows in 40 days. Rapini is a vegetable that somewhat resembles broccoli, but don’t form the same large head. With edible leaves, buds, and stems, rapini is a great addition to any dish!
Sow 1/2″ deep, 6″ apart in rows 12″ apart in well-drained soil. Best sown after the last seasonal frost and again in late summer for a fall harvest, although some will argue that rapini can be planted throughout the warmer season. Full sun is best or partial sun if planting mid-season. Keep soil moist. Ideal for succession planting.
