These seeds produce a variety of endive that grows and looks much like lettuce- it has well-rounded, tightly packed, dark green heads, with white blanched hearts. It has a mild, and very delicate taste. These endives are rather easy to grow, but tastes best when grown in cooler temperatures with added nitrogen fertilizer.
