Beets are a popular choice in salads, soups, and garnishes, for their unique taste and gorgeous colouration. These seeds produce a variety with flat, deep red beets, and medium sized foliage with a thin radicle.
Sowing instructions: Plant seeds 1 inch deep in rows spaced 12-16 inches apart from April-May and in August. Thin seedlings to 3 inches spacing when they reach 2 inches in height. Harvest from July-August and in November. Maturity: 60-65 days.
