A fun replacement for spinach and lettuce, swiss chards have a unique flavour and texture that make it absolutely delectable in salads, soups and countless other dishes. These swiss chards will be green with a white stem, with long and broad leaves.
Sowing instructions: Plant seeds 1 inch deep indoors from March-April or directly outdoors from May-August. Transplant seedlings from June-August spacing plants 8-12 inches apart and rows 12-20 inches apart. Harvest from August-October.
