Endives are leafy green with a delicate bitter taste, that are delicious in salads. These seeds produce a variety with white ribbed and bright green leaves, which come together to form a bulky head.
Sowing instructions: Plant seeds 0.5 inches deep in July. Transplant seedlings at the 3-4 leaf stage in August spacing them 12 inches apart and spacing rows 18-20 inches apart. Harvest from October-November.
