Description

Head lettuce forms a distinct, round head which can chopped up for delicious, crunchy salads and sandwiches. Like other forms of lettuce, head lettuce prefers cooler temperatures and bright sun- making it a good choice to plant in the early spring or early fall! Similarly to romaine lettuce, head lettuce prefers space, and does well in backyard gardens or larger containers.
