Description
Artichoke is an uncommon plant to find in a garden, but its delicious nonetheless! Fresh from the garden, the edible flower buds (which you harvest before they bloom) have a delicious, tart taste in salads, roasted, or even as a pizza topping.
Care is surprisingly easy. Plant in full sun, in light, fertile and well-draining soil. Water frequently and deeply, between one to three times a week.
