Wormwood is a unique and lovely perennial fern, with silky and attractive foliage, and the occasional pink bloom. They are prized for their leaves, which have an irresistibly soft texture and vary in colour from green to an almost metallic silver. They form mounds of the foliage, and are perfect plants for accents in the garden, borders, or centrepieces.
Care is rather simple. They grow best in areas with full to partial sun, with average soil. Soils that are too rich or too poor can cause the plant to suffer in growth. They are drought hardy, and do not particularly like water- they’ll be okay if you forget about them for a while, but be sure to water during dry and hot periods in the summer.
