Lemon balm is a very common herb, loved for its distinct lemony flavour. It has a pleasant lemon smell, and produces small white flowers. A member of the peppermint family, it’s easy to grow and in fact may become unruly in its growth.
Care is extremely easy. It will grow anywhere and everywhere, in any type of soil and in any kind of conditions.
