Description
Lavender is a favourite amongst aromatherapists, with their gentle fragrance being used to soothe anxiety and aid insomnia. Annual lavender in particular has a weaker scent than herb lavender, but will come back year after year- meaning you won’t have to keep replanting. The blooms are nonetheless gorgeous. In addition to human aromatherapy, lavender is very popular amongst bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds- making it an ideal choice for those wishing to create sanctuaries in their gardens.
Care for lavender is easy. This particular variety enjoys bright, but indirect sunlight, preferably in morning sun. They enjoy a well-draining soil. They love water, and should be watered every few days.
